Le financement de la santé est un champ techniquement complexe. La tentation est grande de reproduire ce qui a marché dans un autre pays, sans trop se poser de questions. Ce risque vaut pour de nombreuses solutions: la stratégie nationale de financement, le financement basé sur la performance, les politiques de gratuité... Selon nous, s'il y a une seule recommandation universelle, c'est celle de développer les capacités d'apprentissage de son système "CSU". C'est vraiment la réalité d'éviter du couper-coller, les stratégies de la CSU diffèrent d'un pays à un autre en fonction de leus réalités.
