it's a reality that it's possible to mobilize pblic financial, but the question is how? Also, by who? In Africa Countries, civilsociaties are not enough strong to get the situation and to contribute to this chalenge. mobilising public funds for health care delivery is really a challenge.Mobilizing grass communities to set up small scale loan schemes will go a long way in addressing the challenges of access to health by the rural poor.
