Here we go with the last but one drawing in our UHC cartoon contest. One of the strengths of UHC is its unifying character. Different actors, including international agencies, can easily include UHC in their specific objectives. However, this does not imply that we can do without coordination, as without coordination, every actor interprets UHC in their own way, according to their own priorities or interests. So it is for each country to set the course, and do so firmly. We owe this scenario to Claude Meyer (who knows a fair bit about the coordination of agencies as coordinator of the P4H network).
